Pie's & Empanada's

Our pies and empandas are made by Fons van der Meij, former chef and butcher. When staying in New Zealand, he discovered the delicious local pies there. Once back in the Netherlands, he started making them on a larger scale. From deboning the meat to stewing and seasoning; all his skills come together in these tasty pies. The empanadas are also developed by Fons. A crispy crust of full-cream butter dough with creamy fillings, each one made by hand. There are also several vegetarian options! Pies are often seen as a winter dish anyway, with the empanadas we offer something tasty for summer days too!
